Copyright Question Regarding Sampling P6

Copyright Question Regarding Sampling P6
« on: September 11, 2019, 01:00:19 PM »
Hi folks,
I'm working on a sample library, which I'm making using a number of synths including the Prophet 6. Some of the samples I've recorded have used presets from the Prophet 6, which I've tweaked. Is there a copyright issue here if I sell the sample library? Thanks in advance for any advice you have to offer, especially if a representative of Sequential is listening. I don't want to infringe any laws.

No problem to sell samples of the Prophet-6, as long as there's no mention or implication of endorsement by Sequential.

That's really helpful. Thanks. :)
