locked buttons and encoders in the Sample playback section.

hi I just got my Prophet X yesterday and after unpacking it and loading the latest OS all was great ,
But then I purchased 2 add on packs from 8dio but after loading one of them in the the sample playback erea the Group button and both type and instrument encoder don't work anymore i can not change my samples anymore. All others work in the sampleplayback area. I asked DSI for help and DIO but they have not checked back yet
