Issue w/ Osc 1 Freq Changing on Startup

I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue. Whenever I start up my rev2, the osc 1 freq moves up by one semi-tone from the saved value, regardless of the patch. Any thoughts on what's causing the issue? This happens even when there's no midi plugged in. I've run the calibration and I'm on the latest OS (1.1.5.9).

I re-installed the OS and the issue appears to have stopped. Prior to re-installing, I noticed that the bank would also go up by one slot in addition to the osc1 freq. I'm still not sure what was causing the issue (maybe some weird midi loop?) but if this happens to anyone else, a re-install of the OS might help.
