I don't think I minded the FPGA's, I think it's a great way to get that FM going, amongst other things. I think I really didn't like the filter: if a sawtooth with a simple filtersweep leaves me cold or annoyed, I end up making patches to cover up for the filtersound. Not the way I want to work. I ended up buying a TLM-103 instead
Funny thing is, there's a bunch of stuff the rev2 could do better, but the basic raw rubbery sound is something I really enjoy, so I just keep going back to it.
And also: at least now I don't need to save up for the Summit!
