About The Globals MIDI OUT button

HI yall,

i have a question concerning the Globals MIDI OUT button, should this one on the Globals Yellow light offer me to enable or disable MIDI out signal ?! there is no infos for this position (it's the first time i see it in fact !) but it could be really usefull to run or not the MIDI out signal just changing this one from ON to Off !

GLOBAL number 9 under the second row of globals turns ARP BEAT SYNC on and off. 

GLOBAL number 9 under the first row of globals sets whether the synth sends MIDI data to the MIDI DIN, USB, or both ports.
