Desktop Box size

Hi,
Does someone have the actual box size of the P6 Desktop box ?
Different retailers give me different lengths. (One says 56cm other says 64cm)
(Need to plan for carry on or check-in baggage)

I would not check in such a valuable and fragile piece of equipment. Stuff breaks and disappears in the bowels of an airport.

Correct, either carry it on or have it shipped Fedex insured to your destination-

Understand that, but FEDEX isn't so soft on transportation either, got some ripped boxes and its hard to argue in case of damage, lot of headaches. If it's 56cm long then it is allowed for hand-carry and keep it by my side. Any experience with that? Other option is to put it in the suitcase with lots of bubble wrap but indeed that is the least preferred option.
