How should I expect the X to respond to ALL Notes off or MIDI RESET?

I'm working through the final phases of a MIDI device and resolving the usual issues, stuck notes, etc.

Also, since there is no setting for MIDI IN USB, should I expect the X to ALWAYS respond to USB MIDI in?
