Can i split the Prophet 6?

Im thinking about getting a Prophet 6 but would sometimes need a piano sound that I can produce from a external device(fx an iPad), but is it possible to make the lower half of the range silent, so it wont play (only in the midi device) and still use the upper part for synth-lead fx? :-)

The Prophet 6 has no multi mode and is not bitimbral, so I would suggest the Rev2 to you. The Rev2 should be able to do what you want.
