Tempest internal delay question

Is it possible to choose delay settings other that 16th, 8th, triplet notes etc?  I would like to have delays that aren't sync'd and was curious if you could do that.  I don't see any settings other than defined note divisions as I listed above.

Tempest's delay is a Midi delay so no other subdivisions available..

That was my fear.  I knew the delay was midi so that makes sense....  that's too bad.
