New to the forums and SCI in general. I am going to be purchasing a Prophet 6 fairly soon and am trying to figure out how I am going to integrate it into my setup. I read in the manual that Midi CC #3 controls BPM; is this just a CC message that changes the BPM or can it be used as a tap input?
I have a voodoo labs Ground Control Pro that I use for bass guitar pedal/amp switching and will be using it for patch changes on the Prophet. The GCP can send midi CC from a footswitch as a Midi CC for tap tempo pedals and I am hoping that this will work going into the Prophet.
