Latest SoundTower Editor 1.6.2

Thanks to creativespiral, I found out that ST is actually actively fixing bugs.  I turned in a bug two days ago, and they've already fixed it.  (Apr latch in standalone did not work correctly).

The new version (1.6.2) is available for download.
