Sequencer improvement wish

Stop stepping - we want to play live 
It would be great if sequencer would be optimized for using in "Loop Mode". e. g. to use it together with a Tempest. It would be amazing if it works like if you record live on a Tempest

• Overdubing (or Replace) Sequencerdata in Loopmode
• Record note position and duration
• Delete Sequencerdata
• Loop length (Bars)
• and maybe "unquantiszied" Recording

I, too, would love a live-play sequencer mode as an alternative to the step-record.

Just about everything I come up with on the P6 does not convert to step sequence. A recorder would really open this machine up.

I couldn't agree more!

I feel that the sequencer is one of the most glaring weaknesses on the P6. Step sequencing on an instrument designed for real time use in 2016.
The sequences need to be able to be modulated with both hands free. Holding the record button to do so is awkward.

I use external sequencers, but it would be incredible to have a simple midi record/loop sequencer within this synth.

Love to be able to do live recording and quantize it after the fact.

I think it would have been nice to have a transpose button you can click and latch on if you wish to transpose on the fly without having to hold down the Record button.
