Prophet 08 sequencer with ableton live

Hi, this is my first time in a forum. I checked the internet but I couldn't find anything, so here is my question:
I connected my prophet with midi to my computer to use it with ableton live, which works good. But when I try to use the prophets sequencer with ableton live as master clock the timing is really bad. Its perfect in the beginning but after a while it slips away. Does anybody know this problem?

I haven't tried the sequencer clocked from Ableton for a long while but I recall that the P'08 has always had issues with syncing to an external clock source. Clocked LFOs drift out as well. Maybe someone will come up with a good solution. As it is, I never really use the P08's sequencer unless I'm improvising something live and don't need synced clocks.
