Tempest Midi port start / stop

Has anyone had any issues with receiving start / stop messages using the midi port for clock? I cant seem to get it to work. This is happened after adjusting the midi sequencer parameters in the system.

The USB port still work for start / stop messages if that helps at all.

Hi,
No issues ever here but some troubleshooting/checking is necessary.
1) Check all the midi options in system are correct.
2) Run the master clock direct to the Tempest via midi to see if any other devices before the Tempest are blocking/filtering the clock.
3) Change midi cable.
4) Disconnect the USB whilst doing all the above.
5) Reinstall the firmware
