Just opened and received my brand-spanking new Prophet 6, and while exploring the presets, I got the impression that my voice cards may have an issue. I've done multiple calibrations, hoping to fix things, but it hasn't helped. Some voices are louder than others, with voice 4 being pretty quiet and voice 6 being totally silent. Is this a known issue? Are my voice cards dead?
Please help!
