User patch full please help

Hello,
All my user patch are used, i need to make a backup on my pc.
I don't have any editor.
Can you please link me to a tutorial to save all my patches via usb (i have midi-Ox but cant understand how to do it).

Anyone? I just stopped to make music with it because i dont want to delete one of my presets...
I don't have the budget at the moment to buy an editor, really need to figure out how to save it.

Thank you, i'm looking at some hint on this forum...
But i'm scared to delete my presets even after saving it with sysex...
It s strange to have all your work in a file, without the possibility to check if the file is ok.

Then upload here for all of us p12 users!! Lol some of us(myself as well) will appreciate it but we could check if the sysex file have everything.
