Is there a way to run tetra through mopho keyboard?

I have experimented but it never works right. The reason I want to do this is I sometimes connect my keyboard to stomp boxes, and if I have a tetra connected it makes it a problem. I have tried to use the audio input but it never worked right. Is there a way or do I need a little line mixer?
