Sequencer bug?

When I hit "record" to choose the notes for the sequencer, the screen acts as if I'm hitting and twisting every knob at once. It spazzes out. I know I am not using the latest OS. Has anyone else seen this issue? Should I update?

I noticed this last night I was USB'b into my DAW.

Sounds like you may be having a MIDI loop... have you got the REV2 hooked up to a DAW that echo'es MIDI back to REV2? Try taking out the USB plug, and see if the problem goes away... if it does, you have some sort of MIDI data looping...
