What if firmware update faill ?

Hello,

Power switched off will updating firmware 

The prophet-6 is stuck with "b", if I press "write", there is an animation on the screen and I can push the update. The count down start, but the MAJ faill.

What can I do to restart the prophet-6 ?

The animation lets you know it is in bootloader mode - when you push the update to the P6 try using a midi cable rather than USB.  I had a similar issue and that made the difference.

As a matter of fact - if you are updating from the first version of the firmware the documentation says that using midi is required.

If this doesn't work just email support, they are VERY responsive and helpful.

Hi, I was on 1.2.0 but due to a buggy 1.2.0.2 release (since withdrawn) I had to revert to earlier. 

The only firmware available is here:

I think this is exactly the same firmware as units shipped with 1.2.0 (just 1.2.0 is renamed).
