One voice not sounding correctly

Any help would be appreciated.  I have reset the calibration and recalibrated, thus far.

what's happening is on osc 2 every 15 or 16 presses the note doesn't sound correctly.  I attached a wav file for listening.  It's more pronounced when it is a softer sound because then the voice sounds like a weak sawtooth.

That sounds exactly like youtuber Starsky Carr had on two units he got for evaluation and demo a couple of years ago.
