Transmitting patches between two Rev2s

I have the 8 voice version of Rev2 and sooner or later I will probably buy the expansion card to get 16 voices. But if I choose to buy a 8 voice desktop version instead of the card, will it be possible to transfer patches directly between the Rev2s without being connected to a PC?

Sorry, I found it in the manual:
"Programs can also be dumped directly from one Rev2 to another using the MIDI DIN jack, if the midi sysex cable parameter is set to midi in the global menu."
