What new best friend to choose for my P12

Hello girls and girls!
Im ready to buy a reverb for my P12 and im not decided yet...

Styrmon Big sky or Moer Ocean Machine?

Please help.

I recently got an Oto Machines BAM unit, to step up from my TC Hall of Fame pedal. To be honest, I have never owned any other high-end reverb units, so I cannot compare it to the Big Sky, or the Ventris for example.
Having said that, I can not imagine how a reverb could be more gorgeous than this. It's simply inspiring to use, and it's a joy to
just feed it any sort of signal, and listen to it dissipate and swirl in space in such a sublime manner.

I have two of the reverbs mentioned here: the Big Sky and the BAM.

The Big Sky is probably at its best doing "reverb as an effect": the Cloud algorithm, in particular, is lovely. For more conventional uses the Hall, Room and Plate algorithms are eminently usable, if very clean and "modern".

The BAM is a cat of a different colour. If you like the sound of the old Lexicon reverbs then this is definitely the one to go for. It's not particularly realistic, but it works well for anything from a bit of subtle ambience to going full "Bladerunner".
