Prophet 12 Module Problem - Is there a way to do a hard reset?

My Prophet 12 module is not working. The 12 in the P12 logo lights up, but the OLED display is dark. Also, the buttons do not light up when pressed. It is not recognized by my PC when the USB cable is connected.

I'm guessing that it is dead.

DSI Support's first suggestion is to try a new power supply... so one is on order. Fingers crossed.

Yes, the new power supply fixed the issue.
