F.R. (Envelope Delay as a Mod Destination?)

Just wondering if the envelope delay parameter could be added to the list of mod destinations? This could seemingly add a small amount of "envelope slop" that some have been requesting. I know it still wouldn't be per voice but it could be interesting in small doses at very slow mod rates.
