Sorry to see you're having a problem with your new Pro 2. The mod wheels are attached on somewhat flexible sheet metal hangers and occasionally we see one that needs to be realigned. You can actually bend the hanger into place pretty easily by pushing or pulling the wheel to the side without opening the unit up. You won't break anything, we do it as necessary in the office too.
