wave tables

Be interested to know how people are using the wave tables,probably my novice programing but no matter which ones i use and how much i modulate them they all sound very similar and quite thin even when unison detuned,

Any ideas on making better use of them and creating unique timbres?

Cant find any demos focusing on just wavetables be intresting to hear what sounds are possible

Ironically it's the Wavetable stuff that attracts me most about the Prophet 12 but I don't really hear a lot of sound examples on demos. Same with the FM stuff. There's a couple examples here and there but it's not really the main focus...a lot of people simply use the P12 as a Virtual Analog.

Its a cool synth prefer it to virus few tutorials from some synth wizards would be great
