Cue/Playlist in OS1.3

In OS 1.3 the lag when transitioning between cue'd sequences via the playlist has been fixed. But unfortunately it still doesnt seem to work completely without problems. When going back and forth between two sequences it sometimes "stumbles" when the sequence is changed. It happens while the cue button is held and when the knob is turned to change sequence. Anyone else experiencing this?

Update: I had this sorted out through DSI support and it actually works if sequence is switched with the sequencer buttons 1-16. If soft button1 is used I get the problem described above. Both ways are described in the manual.

I've just populated a couple of Sets in my Cue/Playlist and noticed that when I select a patch from this playlist I then can't use the Latch buttons for the sliders. Is this by design?
