Problem with Pan Spread (SOLVED)
« on: December 05, 2017, 02:18:23 AM »
It seems Pan Spread isn't working for me while I'm recording. I have both outputs going to my interface in a stereo fashion but when I increase pan spread I'm not getting the effect of the voices spreading out or ping ponging back and forth when there's an arpegiator going on. The headphone output seems to be fine for this but it seems recording it is an issue. I tried panning each of the channels to hard left and right but it didn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

Have you definitely got your interface seeing the stereo input in your DAW?
Both your cables ok?

Yeah everything is all set up. I spoke with DSI and they said to double check the Global Setting didn't accidentally get put back to mono so once I'm back at the studio this weekend I'll check. That's probably the case.
