USB --> Midi Thru: How to pass midi from USB to Thru?

I currently have the Prophet 12 hooked up to Ableton via USB, and a Moog Mother 32 that I'd like to pass the midi clock/notes through via the Prophet, using Midi Thru / Out. 
How can I make the Prophet 12 act as a MIDI interface and pass USB MIDI data to the MIDI DIN OUT/THRU port?

Pretty sure it's supposed to be as easy as going into global parameters and making sure these are the settings:

3. MIDI Channel= All
4. Midi Clock Mode= Slave Thru
5. Midi Clock Cable= USB
6. MIDI Param Send: NRPN
7. MIDI Param Receive: NRPN
8. MIDI Control Enable: ON
12. MIDI Out Select= MIDI (or MIDI+USB)

Hopefully, that should do the trick.

Our instruments do not act as USB-to-MIDI converters. It isn't possible to pass MIDI received over USB to the DIN MIDI Thru jack.
