Anyone have a Moog Sub 37? Having a real pain with midi clock

For some reason my Moog Sub 37 seems to be next to impossible to figure out how to sync up to an external midi clock. I followed the exact instructions Moog sent me and yet I can't seem to sync it to a Tempest or workstation or anything.

It usually runs rock solid with my DAW. What are your settings?
