Possible "Basic Program A" bug? (SOLVED)

I've noticed, that if I press and hold down the transpose Down/up and Hold button, to get an initiated patch, then the Program and Bank encoders has no effect anymore... I always have this "Basic Program A" as the current preset no matter how I tweak the Program and Bank encoders... I actually have to switch the synth off and then on again to get back to normal behavior.

Is this normal?... have I misunderstood something, or can others reproduce this?

Not a bug... I had Local Off set to "off" as I'm using my DAW to echo things back to the REV2... but I also had MIDI Program Enable set to "off", so that was the cause...
