Noice problem

Hello!
I wonder if anyone can help me troubleshoot what’s wrong with my Prophet 6.
Sometimes on and off in the middle of my playing a massive white noice appears on and off. It sounds exactly as if I’d turn the noice knob to the max.
The problem apeared yesterday and was still there today.
Any suggestions?
