Prophet T8 Non-Local Keyboard System Exclusive Message

Hey everyone, hoping someone can help out there on this one.

I read in the Prophet-T8 midi implementation that there is a way to put the keyboard Non-Local mode. Now I found this editor called MIDI tools that will send custom messaged but I cannot figure out how to get this data hex format. If that's even the right way to do it. I've attached screen shots of the info I've found on doing this.

Anyone have experience or know how to do this?
