Tetra - Freeze / Help

Hello,

I'm a new owner of a DSI Tetra but sometimes it freeze and I have to unplug and plug it again to avoid this.

I wanted to know if it's a " normal " issue. I use it with an Octatrack thanks to the MIDI function.
