Delay on one side only of headphone output

Someone else in another forum found a problem with their PER: the delay signal appears correctly in the stereo picture on the main outs, but only appears on the right side of the stereo headphone outs. All other signals appear in the correct place in the stereo image.

I've never used the headphone output on the PER, so I tried it out and mine has the same problem.

I've never heard of this problem before. Does anyone else's PER have the same issue?

I checked my Rack version and it's the same; the delay sounds only from the right side of the headphone output.
