I have the P12 SoundTower editor and was satisfied with it. There may be some issues with the latest version and the new OS but I haven't tried it yet so I can't be certain.

The Sound Tower editor is very useful for the librarian function while for editing the P12 itself is more than enough. The plug in SE version it's also very useful for the DAW automation of all the parameters, but it's not updated to the last OS (1.3).
