Cutoff Pot loose

Hi,

today I got my new Prophet-12.
Everything's fine, except just the cutoff knob is a bit loose.
I can move him about 1mm in every direction. All other are fine, or can live with that.
This is the knob mostly used, so I feel not very good with this.

Is there a screw I can thighten?
Can I remove the Cap by just pulling?

The Unit is brandnew, so I don't want to damage something,
but if possible i wouldn't likely return it.

Hi,

The best way is to contact the support. If there's a trouble, DSI can send you spare parts for replacement, no need to send back the whole unit
