Can't Load P6 Presets into Prophet 06 Sound Editor. Help!

Hey guys

So I'm using the Prophet 06 Module / Windows 10 64bit / Prophet 06 Sound Editor

Everything has been working ok, i can save patches to my folders but as soon as i want to load a single p6 preset
file - it opens the browser, I locate it and click load... and nothing happens the preset doesn't change.

I've also tried this in the librarian too.

I've spend like a few days deleting my user banks and loading other sound designers banks, so i just want to put it all in. But no luck.

Is this a bug or does anyone know how to fix this?
