Touch Strips cross triggering

Hi guys

I have recently experienced a problem with my Tempest. When I press (modestly) hard on my touch strips, it cross triggers the other. So if I touch hard on the top of FX1, then FX2 will act like it is also being touched.

Do any of you have the same problem? Or is it simply because I am putting to much pressure on it? I mean they are pressure sensitive, so some pressure should be allowed by design?

That's not normal you should contact support..For sure you have to open your Tempest maybe it's an easy fix..
