Four voices stopped working :(

Sadly four of my voices have stopped working today (and no, I am not accidentally in split more) I have contacted support, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and been able to fix it somehow. I tried recalibrating, and it didn't fix it. I don't want to have to send mine away to get fixed I love it so much !

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Rev2. The first thing to check is to make sure you're plugged into the main outputs, and not the B outputs. If you're plugged into the B outs, you'll only hear the second half of the voices.

The next thing to check is to make sure Multi Mode is turned OFF in the Global menu.

If that doesn't fix it, support will get you going again.
