How to assign Rev2 buttons via midi

How to assign Rev2 buttons via midi

It seems the buttons on the Rev2 do not transmit any midi data.  Am I missing something?  I would love to be able to assign them to soft synths in my DAW.

What DAW?  Some of them don't handle NRPNs well or at all.
You might need to change to MIDI CC values from the REV2's preferences.
A quick look at the manual will show you how.

I am having the same issue (Rev2 to Reason 12) controlling few vst`s...all rotary controls working as expected...only buttons not detected. I checked with Midi-OX if is there any activity once I press any buttons on the Rev2 and it seems to detect the signal.

I am specifically controlling the OB-X vst from GForce...and a part for the extra features such as effects and Xmod/Xenv, the synth structure is basically almost a 1 to 1 structure...with all the controls on the Rev2 it would be a perfect match.
Any advise on how to fix the issue?

Thanks!
