Local Control DAW Issue

Hi Guys
When i'm using Ableton with the Local Control off there some parameters that don't work, for example I'm unable to use the filer cutoff, I have to turn the local control back on for the cutoff to work! The same goes for a other knobs and buttons, Local control seems to disable any control of the synth when connected to a DAW. Am I missing something here?

thereīs a bug regarding the pedal/CV foot control not sending midi control data if local control is set to off - but thatīs not affecting other parameters like cutoff.

Maybe in the midi settings of Ableton something is not set properly. Incoming midi data should go midi thru to the midi output where your rev2 is connected. Or try to change the global settings (6. MidiParamSend / 7. MidiParamRcv) to send / receive "cc".

Proton is correct. Ableton, much to the dismay of many people, does not work natively with NRPNs. Because our synths have so many parameters we utilize NRPNs to allow MIDI control of every param. Set MIDI Send and Receive to CC in the Global menu of the Rev2 in order to communicate with Ableton.
