I don't mean to offend anyone if they don't like the music (that was my era) but curious the synt used at the 5 second mark and throughout the song...

id love to create it with the OB6 or REV 2 (I have both).

but there are two DX-7s and a roland "guitar" synth.

I know on the day of music videos they dont always have the exact instruments the song was made, but i used to own a DX7 and I dont think it sounded like that..

just curious... :)

The Rev2's 4 pole filter would be able to recreate the sound your after no problem.

I doubt it would of been an sh101 as that sounds very polyphonic to me.
There's no reason why a DX7 couldn't of been used, it was very capable of creating analogue sounding tones and not just bells and electronic pianos.

If your trying to create it, both synths in your armoury would be more than capable.
