For the Tetra, the SysEx instrument ID is different for every synth which is likely why it's not working. On the Tetra itself, you can simply dump your programs in Prophet '08 format by navigating to the Program Dump option and then using the +/Up Arrow button to select P8. Save the resulting SysEx file and load it into the Rev2. You should also be able to dump the programs directly from the Tetra to the Rev2 with a MIDI cable, but it's nice to have a backup as well.
Oh, thanks a lot! It works! I just dumped patches from my tetra in p08 format scrolling with +/- arrows (I actually haven't noticed this option by myself) and send it to my rev2(all actions via sysex librarian, using usb connection) and success, rev 2 plays almost my tetra patches perfect, except some complex which are using 2 sub oscillators, but it's not a problem at all.
