Hello

i picked up a PEK second hand and have been playing with it, one issue i can't fathom is the 
Key GateSeqOnceR trigger mode. if set to 16 steps, it plays through all 16 then goes back to the first and plays the first one again, so playing 17 steps? like wise if you set it to say 4 steps with a reset on the 5th step it plays all 4 them goes back to the first and plays it again.

is this normal or am i missing something here?

No, you are not missing anything. This has been one of those well known things that people do not like about the PEK. She is a quirky beast.

I would also like to add that this is an issue with the evolver line, in general, not just the PEK.

Note that for the PEK, in any of the Poly modes, only the first voice is going to retrigger the sequencer.
