P12 patch management - soundtower alternatives for pc

I am looking for a quick and easy way to rearrange, backup and manage my patches on the p12
its layout and workflow are wonderfull, so i have no need for any editor style functionality.

I have however been storing and modifying patches quite randomly in all user banks, and i have so many patches
it would be a huge & time-consuming effort to rearrange them on the machine itself.

I'm not to keen to spend 69 dollars (or rather the euro equivalent) on the soundtower editor. unfortunately alternatives i know of are all in the i-domain... does anyone know of a good and cheaper alternative?

as said, i am only interested in librarian functionality

Decided not to go the Soundtower route so I'd be interested in options for a simple PC patch librarian as well
