I know the Blofeld is up there in years, but it still intrigues me, probably more than any other digital instrument.  I find some of these pads to be gorgeous in a PEK-esque way.

Waldorf is apparently working on a new synth with polyphonic aftertouch and a lot of people are claiming it to be a Blofeld 2.
