Loading Factory Sounds .sysex, is it strange...?
« on: January 13, 2017, 05:46:52 PM »
That my User bank patches aren't overwritten on import? I'd like to restore the sounds to their factory condition. Not just the factory patches, but the user changeable as well.
The greater the humiliation, the greater the rate of evaporation of that feeling and all subsequent dispositions. Make a comfortable world not a hot one.

Hi, F5-F8 are the same as U1-U4... You can export them but then you need to change the byte indicating the bank from 04 (for F5)  to 00 (for U1) for each program in the bank sysex.
You can use HXD to see and adapt the sysex file or you can also use my editor running with Ctrlr (http://ctrlr.org/dsi-pro2-editor-and-librarian/). I will update it soon to v1.0 including program infos and comparison.

Awesome, thanks. I purchased a license of your software some time ago!

You can do it by pressing octave up and down buttons and global at the same time. There is a menu option for coping banks from factory to user I think.
