Title: Poly chain issue

I'm running my Tetra polychained to my Mopho x4. For some reason, the Tetra is now one full step sharp over the Mopho and all my other gear, I've checked the transpose function and the tuning, and both synths are set the same. This applies to all patches. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions about how I would go about fixing this short of transposing every patch individually?

Edit: I forgot to add, this doesn't happen all the time, it just has been happening at random over the last couple days or so.
