Title: Link Pads - trigger two sounds at once?
Post by: benbinary on September 26, 2016, 06:04:38 AM
How do you link two pads like the opposite of choke mode?

Pad 1 triggers pad 1&2 etc

I just want to layer two sounds at once from the same pad.
Thx

Copy the sequence to the new pad (not the sound, mixer, fx). Each pad will use up a voice. So if you looking to make a super saw lead the technically you could run 24 saw waves but that's it;)

That wouldn't work live, though would it?

No it wouldnt. Even if they did enable such feature then it wouldn't be comparable to other poly synths that handel layering and keyboard splits. Save up for a used synth or sample the sound. Tempest just isnt setup for this and I doubt they will ever add this feature let alone satisfy those that want it.
